Patio, Deck & Fence Cleaning
Your outdoor living space should feel like an extension of your home. We remove the green, the grey and the grime so patios, decks and fences look new again.

Patio, Deck & Fence Cleaning in Spring, Houston & Humble
Patios, decks and fences live outside year-round. In the Houston climate, that means algae on pavers, grey weathering on wood, pollen film on furniture areas and mildew creeping up fence boards. Left alone, it doesn't just look bad — it shortens the life of the materials.
We tailor every job to the material. Concrete and paver patios get thorough surface cleaning; wood decks and fences are cleaned at lower pressure to lift weathering without raising the grain or splintering boards; composite decking gets a gentle wash suited to the manufacturer's care guidance. The result is an outdoor space you'll actually want to use.

Our process for patios & decks
Inspect
We assess the patios & decks, note stains, sensitive areas and drainage, and confirm exactly what will be cleaned.
Pre-treat
Eco-friendly solutions are applied to break down grime, organic growth and stains before washing.
Clean
We use the right pressure, tooling and technique for each surface — high pressure for hard surfaces, soft washing for delicate ones.
Rinse & review
A thorough rinse and a final walk-through with you. We're not done until you're 100% satisfied.
Why it's worth it
Restored appearance
Greying, green staining and grime are lifted to reveal the natural colour of wood and stone.
Longer material life
Removing algae and mildew slows rot, decay and surface breakdown.
Ready for sealing or staining
A clean surface is the essential first step before applying a protective sealer or stain.
Safer surfaces
Slippery algae on steps and pavers is removed to reduce falls.
The right method for every surface
Concrete, pavers, flagstone, pressure-treated pine, cedar, composite decking and vinyl fencing. Wood receives low pressure with fan tips held at a safe distance to avoid furring and gouging; masonry surfaces receive higher pressure and surface cleaners.
Not sure which method your property needs? Learn how soft washing differs or ask us for a recommendation.
- Pressure washing — high-pressure water streams for concrete, pavers and hard surfaces.
- Soft washing — lower pressure plus cleaning solutions for siding, paint, wood and delicate materials.
- Eco-friendly — biodegradable solutions, protected landscaping and a thorough rinse.
Will pressure washing damage my wooden deck or fence?
Not when it's done correctly. We use low pressure and wide fan tips on wood, combined with cleaning solutions, to avoid gouging and raising the grain.
Can you clean composite decking?
Yes. Composite boards are cleaned gently with appropriate solutions and lower pressure in line with typical manufacturer care guidance.
Should I seal my deck after cleaning?
Cleaning is the perfect preparation for sealing or staining. Allow the wood to dry fully — usually 24–48 hours — before applying a finish.
How often should a fence be cleaned?
Every one to two years keeps mildew and greying under control, especially on shaded sides of the fence.
